From first contact, throughout our tenancy and indeed in our final weeks as we prepared to depart, TCHC staff were consistently professional, courteous and polite. We count ourselves lucky to have hit upon your team and grateful for their responsiveness as the inevitable house maintenance tasks would rear up. In particular we would like to single out Ms Marishelle Butler who was an absolute gem throughout our tenancy – always available to assist with fair and pragmatic solutions and quick to react by engaging tradesmen as required, including for broken boilers, leaking hot water cylinders and the worst of the Covid lockdowns.
