Response Management

A popular service used by many of our landlords is our Response Management Service.

This service enables you, as the landlord, to use us as an intermediary between you and the tenant. Your tenant will have access to our Management phone line which is checked regularly during out of office hours and we will then take details and pass them directly to you as appropriate. This prevents you receiving phone calls from the tenant at inconvenient times from the tenant and gives you time to consider and discuss your response with us rather than being put on the spot.
