We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our growing and busy Lettings and Sales team in a full-time support role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in the property sector who is looking for a progressive, long-term career path.
About the Role
You will provide key administrative and operational support to both our Lettings and Sales teams, helping to ensure a smooth and professional service for landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. This is a varied and full-time position.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative support to both the Lettings and Sales team
Liaising with landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers via phone and email
Coordinating viewings and managing appointment schedules
Assisting with property marketing and online listings
Preparing tenancy documentation and maintaining accurate records
Supporting compliance and general office operations
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Confident and professional dealing with clients in person or over telephone
An interest in property and the desire to develop within the industry
Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales or property (not essential)
A genuine interest in developing a career within the property sector.
Full driving licence and access to own car
Needs to be comfortable with dogs (office companions).
